Jack Lipinski

Mr. John J. Lipinski, also known as Jack, has more than 40 years of experience in the petroleum refining and nitrogen fertilizer industries. Mr. Lipinski currently serves as a Director of Sandridge Energy Inc. Mr. Lipinski served as Chief Executive Officer and President of CVR Energy, Inc. from 2007 until his retirement in December 2017. He also served as Chief Executive Officer and President of CVR Refining GP, LLC (general partner of CVR Refining, LP) from 2013 until 2017 and as Executive Chairman of CVR GP, LLC (general partner of CVR Partners, LP) from 2011 until 2017. He served as Chairman of CVR Energy, Inc. from late 2007 to mid-2012. Prior to the formation of CVR Energy, he served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Coffeyville Resources, LLC., a private equity acquisition by funds of Goldman Sachs and Kelso & Company. He began his career with Texaco Inc and joined the Coastal Corporation in 1985 eventually serving as Vice President of Refining with overall responsibility for Coastal Corporation’s refining and petrochemical operations. Upon the merger of Coastal with El Paso Corporation in 2001, Mr. Lipinski was promoted to Executive Vice President of Refining and Chemicals, where he was responsible for all refining, petrochemical, nitrogen based chemical processing and lubricant operations, as well as the corporate engineering and construction group. Mr. Lipinski left El Paso Corporation in 2002 and became an independent management consultant. In 2004 he became a Managing Director and Partner of Prudentia Energy, an advisory and management firm. Mr. Lipinski served as a Director at Cheniere Energy, Inc. from 2017 to 2018 and as a Director of Chesapeake Energy Corporation from 2014 to 2016. Mr. Lipinski graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree and received a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law.

Dan R. Romasko

Dan Romasko was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Enlighten Innovations Inc, effective November 2018. Headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Enlighten is a manufacturing technology development company specializing in heavy oil desulfurization and sodium recovery ceramic membranes. Previously, from 2014-18 Dan was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Motiva Enterprises LLC. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Motiva is a leading refiner, distributor and marketer of transportation fuels and lubricant base oils in the Eastern, Southern, and Gulf Coast regions of the United States. Prior to 2014, Dan was the Executive Vice President of Operations for Tesoro Corporation with accountability for the refining, marketing, logistics and marine organizations. In addition, he served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Tesoro Logistics LP. Before joining Tesoro, Dan held the positions of Vice President, Operations Integrity and Vice President, Technical Operations and Competence at Suncor Energy. Dan began his career with ConocoPhillips, serving the company through leadership positions in mid-stream, supply and trading, global specialty products, and refining during his 20 year tenure. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in chemical engineering from Montana State University.

Dan Sajkowski

Mr. Daniel J. Sajkowski (Dan) has been a Director at Calumet GP, LLC, the General Partner of Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P. since 2014. He is also an Executive Vice President for The Heritage Group. Mr. Sajkowski has nearly four decades of experience in the energy and refining industry. Prior to joining The Heritage Group, he was the Business Unit Leader for six years at BP’s Whiting Refinery (2004-2010), the fourth largest refinery in the United States, where he was responsible for initiating a $4 billion modernization of the refinery. He retired from BP in 2010. Prior to his role at BP Whiting, Mr. Sajkowski served as Manager of U.S. Refining Supply in BP’s Integrated Supply and Trading organization (2002-2004) and as Vice President of Refining Technology for BP’s world-wide refining system where he was a Member of BP’s Group Technology Council (2000-2002). He joined Amoco in 1986 and has also worked previously for Chevron Research Company. He has authored 20 publications in the area of heterogeneous catalysis and was a Visiting Professor of Chemical Engineering at Purdue in 2017. He was also served as Senior Director of Downstream Technology at Sapphire Energy, a VC funded firm, from 2010-2012. Mr. Sajkowski has B.S. and M.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering (1982) from the University of Michigan and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University (1986). He completed The General Manager Program at Harvard University in 2000.

Greg Pound

Mr. Gregory J. Pound, also known as Greg, has over 30 years’ experience leading midstream companies. Mr. Pound served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of TransMontaigne Partners LP at TransMontaigne LLC for ten years until his retirement in July 2017. Mr. Pound also served as Executive Vice President of Operations for Refined Products at NGL Energy Holdings LLC. Previous to that, Mr. Pound served as Executive Vice President of Asset Operations at TransMontaigne LLC. from February 2002. Since beginning his career with Tenneco Oil Company in 1986, he has held several positions in the areas of Operations, Environmental Compliance and Marketing. Mr. Pound has also been active in various industry organizations and has been a past Chairman of the International Liquid Terminals Association. Currently, Mr. Pound provides Operational consulting services through GJP Consulting, LLC.

Forrest Wylie

Forrest Wylie has over 30 years’ experience working for publicly traded companies and serving on the Board of Directors in the E&P, Offshore Drilling, Energy Marketing and Trading, and Midstream sectors. Previously, Mr. Wylie served as the ex-Chairman of AJAX Resources, non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Buckeye GP LLC, the general partner of Buckeye Partners, L.P., from 2012 to 2014. He served as Chairman of the Board, CEO and a Director of Buckeye GP LLC from 2007 to 2012. Mr. Wylie also served as a Director of the general partner of Buckeye GP Holdings L.P., the former parent company of Buckeye (“BGH”) from June 2007 until the merger of BGH with Buckeye Partners, L.P. on November 2010. He served as Vice Chairman of Pacific Energy Management LLC, an entity affiliated with Pacific Energy Partners, L.P., a refined product and crude oil pipeline and terminal public partnership, from 2005 until Pacific Energy Partners, L.P. merged with Plains All American, L.P. in November 2006. Mr. Wylie was President and CFO of NuCoastal Corporation, a midstream energy company, from 2002 until 2005. Mr. Wylie served on the Board of Directors of Coastal Energy Company, Paradigm Energy Partners, LLC, Power Holding LLC, Sage Midstream Ventures, LLC and USA Compression GP, LLC, the General Partner of USA Compression Partners, LP and the Cross Group Inc. Pacific Energy Management LLC, the General Partner at Pacific Energy LP, and Eagle Shipping. More recently, Mr. Wylie was Senior Operating Partner at Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners and Kelso & Co. Mr. Wylie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
